How to code for asp.net ajax AnimationExtender ?

Hi,
Its really confusing using asp.net ajax toolkit controls for client side scripts. I saw the official web site of asp.net ajax ,there demo of all controls are given. Even each toolkit's controls tutorial is given, but i am not getting how to use them? I am lacking some basics.I was trying for AnimationExtender but i am confused about that.
Even i saw one example but that was not so helpful, please briefly explain about basics of using this toolkit.

What youve told us is that you can't understand the demo, can't understand the docs, and know you lack in the basics. I'm not sure how we are to work out how to tell you something in ways that will get through where the docs do not. Perhaps you need to ask a SPECIFIC question, and post some code ?
