It's too broad a question to cover here in Quick Q&A.

Better would be to pick a book, try online videos or a classroom.

Which language do you want to use? C#, C++ or VB.Net?
You could pick up a book on one of them and start reading.

visual studio express

download the one you required if you dont already have it installed. I would also recommend that you follow any videos that are on the msdn website if you are learning any of the languages msdn
