How to insert dynamic textbox and dynamic dropdown list into sqlserver 2008

Hello Sir..
aspx page have two button.
Button1:
when i click this button that time 2 dynamic dropdown list and 1 textbox added into page.

Button2:
when i click this button that time 2 dynamic dropdown list and 1 txtvalue store into database(sql server 2008)

I have already code for Button1. 2 dynamic dropdown list and 1 textbox added.
but i dont know how to insert into database plz if have any code regarding me please help me for that.
