How do I...Android App using C#

Dear all,

I want to develop an app for android OS, I have already a C#. Net based application now I want its android based app.

Kindly suggest if any tool available for converting from C# to Android.

or How can I easily develop such App in VS 2010 with C#. Net?

I don't have any knowledge about Android and HTML5 or other languages which support to develop android app.
