display scrolling text from database in aspx page

Hello guys,

I need a help on how to display scrolling text (news feed) from database in aspx page. And when one is clicked, it takes me to a detailed page in a new window.

Thanks for always been there for beginners!

This not a quick question :)
However look for news feed controls in the ASP.NET control gallery.
