how to send Confirmation message to customer mobile

hello,

I want to send confirmation message to each registered user for their confirmation, login etc facility. For this what we do??

and also tell me, any Hosting Server provide any messaging facility??

In order to send message to mobile you need to use third party API. Please find below link that will be useful for you.
