Load model with Arcane Framework

First excuse me for my bad english.

I'm new in XNA; and I try to integrate it in a Wpf project.

Could you please tell me how can I load some content (like FBX models, spritefont or fx files) ?

Because I can not add a content project in a wpf project; so my references are not found.
