Displaying resized image from sql database

How to use this:

Response.ContentType = "image/gif";              
bitmap.Save(Response.OutputStream, ImageFormat.Gif);

with asp:Image..besides i would also like to show resized bitmap in Image control.How to?

But how to display bitmap in asp:image control? I tryed with handler but i can't get it to work..
