how to display progress bar in frame using popup in c#

When i run as follows

Display the future dates(Link button)

When user clicks the Above link button. Popup will be displayed.

In popup as follows

Click to view the future dates of students(Button)

When i click, the click to view the future dates of students i want to show the Progress bar and then display record in the gridview inside the popup.

for that how can i do in asp.net using c#.
