How do I use Bootstrap themes for my ASP.NET MVC project?

I downloaded free bootstrap admin theme. I twisted all the settings and made it as per requirement of my project using sublime text. Now I am really confused how to implement it for my MVC project.
In fact, I am new to MVC and have never ever used ready made themes for any projects before.
