It's impossible to answer your question as you've given us absolutely nothing to go on.
First of all, you might want to define what a "PMAC card" is. You also might want to provide any error messages.

If you're problem is with multiaxis motor interpolation controller you should make your requests in the producer forum[^].
Anyway as they already told you you cannot pretend that people here knows any special minor product that use programming, so at least be clear on your request not just say "HELP!".
BTW your problem is surely related to the board driver software or libraries that are no more supported on WIN7 systems. Apply for a newer release on the forum.
