OK I can access my settings now. But I'm still reporting the hovering issue that I'm facing.

What browser are you using?
And are there any errors in the javascript console or something like that?
(Chrome + IE press F12, don't know if FF has anything integrated or if you need an addon for it)
This might help the admins to track the issue down

Do you have your browser zoomed? Hit Ctrl+0 and try.

1) There should be one more reporting option available such as Not an Article/Tip/Trick. e.g. if some posted content contains just a code dump and too little explanation,we report it as Extremely poor quality [Correct me if i am wrong],but this should be better reported as Not an Article/Tip/Trick. Then author can refine his/her content and it can be published either as a Tip/Trick or Article.
2) I want to know,if i report some thing except Approve, author will be notified for the same or not? If not,it should be. That way, author will come to know where the problem is.Currently,as per as i know, author will just get the mail after the content is closed because of some or the other reason.
Note: We have a choice to comment at bottom of the Article or Tip/Trick about the second case, but not all the members are using it,i am not sure.

I found a bug where When I hover on member name the details not appearing. I found this bug when Mr. Tarek reported it below here but I was not able to see the box when hovering. I checked it on chrome and IE 11 and it is working fine just a bug with FF.
Edited:
Not A Bug - Solved by Enabling Profile popups. Nothing to see here move along

No problem, we all had to learn. Interesting how short your name becomes in its native script.

I think this needs to be managed in the page design, that is, when I hover the mouse on the member's name to see his/her image the image popups to the top of the name. Until now this is ok, the problem is when the name is near the top of the browser, at this moment the image is shown up but in an unseen area so I find myself forced to scroll the page a bit down.

How can I see the member image where do you hover?

I wanted to post an image to show you how this happens, but this is not provided in this message reply. Just follow my description to see that the image is shown partially when the members's name position is near the top of the browser
