I agree with @PIEBALDconsult and think also 'do my work' questions are boring/useless.
But I think it's far away from being correct how @PIEBALDconsult edits the questions as he pleases!
Report it as 'Not a question' should be enough...

This is not the first time that this guy changes posts from other users in a probably illegal way. 
Should be considered to block such attacks.

- better formatting
- small changes for better understanding
for me not allowed [or probably illegal] is adding comments like [Do my homework]

'Illegal way' is maybe too havy, be aware not all here are native English.
The latest example is just the one I posted in my rant.
Why a user here should have the right to add some personal comments like "[Do my homework]" and also in the section 'What I have tried:' something like 'Translation added: I've done nothing, do my homework for me.'

It is only correct if below the original Text / Q
the button "Have a Question or Comment?" is used.
Then a comment like "We do not do your homework" is ok.
But changing the original Text / Q is misleading (and could possibly be a bad reputation for CP).

Nope, redacting original question while adding personal comments is not ok. At least for me..
If one is not happy whith the question one can report it or add a comment. But rephrasing with personal comments is not ok!

I think he understood it wrong and meant just the privilege to edit (what actually is a reputation level).

IIRC, Chris has previously asked us not to edit QA questions in this way. I think it was back when SAK used to add "no effort" labels to every lazy homework question.

I tend to confine my edits to formatting, and occasional spelling correctionsd if the meaning is unclear.

I disagree with classifying it as "not a question". It may not be a good or worthwhile question in the larger sense, but keeping it open means the OP may receive some guidance. Closing the question doesn't help the OP.
The parts I removed were just random keypresses to fill up the minimum required space. I think I have mentioned before my opinion that having a minimum required number of characters is a bad idea.

However, I think you should refrain from adding your personal comments to the original text of questions.
You can write a comment on the question, but you should not edit the question.
Editing the question to make it clearer is of course ok, but that you did not in that case.

I'll bear that in mind in future. Most often it isn't a concern, there's usually more to work with.

Yes - the comment needs a word-break:break-work CSS rule to allow it to break in the middle of a "word".

I've edited the comment to wrap the massive lines in <pre> tags, so it should look better now.
