HAve you tried HTML encoding your code? Our editors allow HTML (unless you specifically allow Markdown in message postings) so <T extends Object> will be processed as HTML.
Use <T extends Object> instead.

We've had a few articles go through recently where they are already reported as plagiarised in S&A, but enough moderators haven't spotted the theft. This makes life a little harder, as the article then needs to be re-reported in order to close it.
How about an indication in the "Article Moderation: Should this article be published?" box out that this item has plagiarism, spam, and / or abuse reports against it - not how many, or who reported them, but just an indication next to the "action" drop down so moderators get an idea to check S&A and see if they agree with the report before pressing "Approve"?

I just found out about the flag icon at the top right of the article page. You can still report the article as unfit after it's been approved.

You can - but approval resets all report counts, so you have to re-report it from scratch to get it kicked.

How about having certain report types (spam, plagarized, etc) NOT get cleared upon approval?

Personally, I'd rather it didn't get through at all - and give new moderators the idea that they should check for plagiarism etc. as well as technical content and writing ability!

Something like the view of Votes-count
When you hover the report/approve icon, a mini graphic with how many reports belong to which cathegory above the options.
That would be cool and do the job

When I hover my mouse over the articles menu header it drops down and I see all of the options. But as soon as I move my mouse down the first option in the list is Chapters and Sections...it pops up a new menu list over top of the articles list...I can't seem to find a way to click any of the links on the articles menu because that one always pops up in front of it.
I use google chrome. Maybe there is some setting I should change, or something?

I just checked (Chrome Version 53.0.2785.70 beta-m (64-bit)) and the sub-menu correctly pops up to the right of the main one.

Hi,
I d like to vote the survey for the c# best article, but it says i don't have enough reputation.
So, i tried to find if the reason is due to the fact that there is a minimum number of points to have for voting surveys, or a certain # of points as Debator/Partecipant/Whatever, but i couldn't find anything that can point me in the right direction.
Anybody can help me understand why i cannot vote for this survey?

I believe you need more Author reputation. We've had to gate off the voting to deter nefarious votes. This makes the voting less open (which we don't like) but far more accurate (which to me, matters the most).
