I'm experiencing exactly the same issue in article forums.
Everytime, I click on a message header to expand, it scrolls to the top, then back down to the expanded message.
It's really quite disorienting for those (like me) prone to motion sickness.

I just submitted and article An autonomous roving vehicle Part 2 of n[^] and I wasn't able to add an mp4 file or swf file for a while. When I was finally able to add a low quality swf flle and add it to the article it came up as a download and the mp4 when I tried to add gave a 404 error.
If you click on the link it opens another window and plays? Very strange behavior!
If you do solve this problem the mp4 file I would like to add to the article is ~7MB and I would like to use it instead of the crappy swf one.

I saw your posts when I started looking for solutions but had assumed that they fixed it since the tools are in place in the article editor. I guess that's what happens when you ass-u-me eh?

Ok, that would have also let me jump to conclusions. Haven't had a look at the article editor for quite a while. The last time I did, it had me trying to tear out my hair in no time at all.

Other than the video thing it was a very simple process and I got the non-video article done in a short time and the article that did have the video I got all but the video done and when I started messing trying to add video in different ways I guess I confused it and started having other problems but luckily it saved my draft and I was able to finish it.

Could something be added to show you which way you voted when moderating? The reason I ask, is that on a tablet it's not easy to be sure you hit the right selection, and it would be nice to have some reassurance that you voted the way you meant to...

All of my posts have been removed, I don't know how but it has and now it showing me only recent ones.

Quote selected text just became useless on IE 11 on Win7.
The web page sends the massage 'You did not select any text to quote' when I select text from the message I'm replying to and press 'Quote selected text'

I can confirm a similar experience on Windows 8.1 with IE11, although persistence got it to work on the 4th or 5th attempt.

When clicking a message in the article's message forum it seems to scroll the window up, open the message and then scroll down, so the message is at the bottom of the screen. Opening messages in the general discussion forums does not seem to exhibit the same behaviour.

Recently, i saw a person who was not changing the question and answer a bit but using improve solution to get points.
1) So please check if the matter before and the new matter is not exact.
2) Please make it compulsory for everyone to write in "What have you changed".
