Both my browsers, Edge and Chrome, can't interact with the login control of your CodeProject site. My name is Ricardo Ildefonso and my email has been registered in your list for more than a decade. But today I can't login and "password resending" service is not working.
Yes, yes ... I have already checked my spam box. But nothing comes from your site. I've even tested more than one network (IPs from different providers) and it's not something like firewall or restrictive settings on this side.
I'm using my mom's email to login and be able to communicate with your team.
Please check and contact me.

Can you try to give some more details?
I just tried and neither Chrome nor Edge gave me any problems logging in.
Exactly what you are trying, how are you trying, and what results do you get?
Any error messages, popups, alerts?
Are you running any extensions such as ad blockers?

Sometimes "Sign in" never occurs but you'll be able to go about 'yer business anyway. If it's the point you are after; that's mine. Ok, have anice day.

My rep points have been the same all day, despite receiving copious up-votes for my witticisms (as you might expect) in the Lounge and Soapbox.

Probably has to do with all my downvotes. I believe in fairness so if you get a lot of upvotes, I have to balance the universe.

I've seen a bunch of issues with the database again today. I've tried asking politely and have amped up to yelling wildly and incoherently in the hope that makes the database work better.
Who knows?

Yes, that is correct. If you have problems after the change you can just email chris at codeproject . com, and he will help you.

To publish an article on Python, I wanted to classify it into chapter "Languages", section "Python", but this section is missing, as many other.
Interestingly, even Python syntax coloring is supported.
So, I had to classify an article... hell knows how. (Suggestions are welcome.)
But it would be much better to updated the sections under "Languages", and probably many other sections, but this chapter is probably on of the most pressing.
Thank you.

Sean and I had a discussion about this very topic just yesterday.
One question though: is the article about the Python language (so the "Other languages" section for now) or is it code that happens to be written in Python (and so in the section for the main topic of the article)?

Thank you, Chris.
To answer your question:
In this very case, this is an article about Python language (developing and using techniques, work-around limitations, etc) and programming using Python.
There are no any other topics, such as domain-specific.
So, consequently, the article code is also written in Python. Therefore, I think the closest classification would be something like "Languages" further sub-classified by language name.

I'll send you a message, in case you don't know how to do that yet.

I didn't really mean for you to come in over the weekend. But I guess there's not much else to do at this time of year in "sunny" Toronto (only been there in summer).
