The Ad section on the top bar, next to the logo is currently left aligned. which leaves white space (actually orange space) on the right. This looks bit odd, can we right align the AD, just like old times. so that we have that white/orange space between logo and ad.
I have tried in Chome v22 ( ), FF v16.

Just a thought.
Thanks.

I think I'll leave it where it is.

shouldn't code project have these 2 sections? and also there is .net 4.5 and visual studio 2012 and the new features that came with these out there.
What does others think?

i was referring more to the article section, there i didn't saw them, sry for this little misunderstanting
|
|
|

Oh Ok.
Article sections are much more generalized. so I would guess 'Desktop Development' and 'Platforms, Frameworks & Libraries' are fit for all those 4 category.
But still I think we need a sub-section for 'Windows 8 Metro Style Development' (which is not even called Metro anymore).

I want to update only 3 lines in a file related with one of my articles. It is an important update for the file. But I have to update the whole article in order to update a file and all updated articles are listed under "Latest Articles". I don't want it to be seen as an attempt to push up the article on the main page
I think minor revisions should be ignored and after a minor change an article shouldn't be listed under "Latest Articles" on the main page.
What do you think about that?
Thanks...

I disagree - if this is a change to the source, then it is a change to the article, and that gives people who are using your code a clue that perhaps they should look at the latest version.
Suppose your change is a bug fix to the code: that doesn't need any changes to the article text (expect as revision notes in the "history" section) but it could be significant for users who have incorporated your code into a project.

Ok, this was not a good idea...

The new "Report" flag at the top of an article is still Orange, rather than Red, like the forum report flags were changed to be.

Is the About Article thing supposed to be below the article forum?

Image Viewer UserControl[^]
It happened in firefox 16. My iPad shows it normally. I think it might have been a firefox bug.
And for my sig, I added CSS borders around it.

Firefox 16 still shows that. I think some HTML in the article confused FF and caused it to give up trying to render that normally. I will try in another browser.

Maxthon is fine, as is IE (!?!?!?). It is just FF16.

Well, FF10.0.7 ESR shows the same thing. So there is something there that FF does not like.

This article: http://www.codeproject.com/script/Articles/ArticleVersion.aspx?waid=41617&aid=475448[^]
was first seen 4 hours ago, and is still there, probably because nothing seems to be able to persuade it to open - so we can't vote it through, or into oblivion.
All that happens when you try to open it is a blank page, and a "loading" tab. Unless you leave it a couple of minutes or so, and it then goes to the error page.
