Maybe you can add a My Forums menu and allow users to customize which forums they want to have handy. You could also use the My Bookmarks list (forums only) to display there.

It's on the TODO.

As we have a menu in place for the communities, shouldn't the GIT and Chinese forums be in there as well? After all, they are in keeping with the community spirit of the lounge (I would say that GIT is often more community focused than the lounge).

You don't have a CMS (or at least a data source) to allow for your menu to be quickly modified at runtime? It's... *gulp*... hard coded?
Some bits, yep!
(Though it's hard-coded in a single place so it's easy to change, but next time you drop by I'll walk you through the very simple reason we do it. Basically: it's more economical at this stage of the code development)

Just give me one week alone in your codebase. That should do it.

I published a tip but for some reason images are not showing up. I uploaded the images again, whenI preview it everything works fine but once its approved those images are gone. Can someone suggest what I could be doing wrong? Tip could be found Just My Threads

I just noticed the new menu item. Nice.
A couple notes. It isn't bolded like the other menu items. Clicking it goes to the Lounge. Perhaps an index page like this would be more appropriate?
It isn't a new menu item, it has been there for months if not years. It was called "Lounge" which made sense when it got installed long ago, as the list was empty; simply clicking it yielded access to the Lounge. And then items got added, making the title a poorer and poorer choice each time something got added. And recently the Insider got moved above the Lounge item and created a lot of commotion I never understood, as clicking the main title still was the fastest way to get to the Lounge; it still is. And now the title has changed. And it still violates the MS guideline that states the Help menu should be rightmost.
I much prefer clicking the button and going straight to the Lounge without having to pass go or collect $200.
