CP serves up a Page Not Found for http://www.codeproject.com/useritems/ISAPI_Extensions.asp[^]. I'm not sure if this made the test case for the changes, but http://www.codeproject.com/isapi/[^] also results in a Page Not Found. It is referenced from http://www.dataweb.de/en/support/isapi.html[^] (follow the Code Project link).
