Interesting.
Do you have any add-ins blocking anything from Microsoft's website?

I haven't been on in a while, and got the notification that I need to validate my email. So I clicked the link, and didn't get it. Checked the system logs, and found this entry:
2011-01-25 04:19:53 -06:00 <mail.info> vervet postfix/smtpd[29689]: NOQUEUE: reject: RCPT from unknown[207.219.70.54]: 450 4.7.1 Client host rejected: cannot find your hostname, [207.219.70.54]; from=<webmaster@codeproject.com> to=<frickson@gibbon.com> proto=ESMTP helo=<mail.codeproject.com>

mail.codeproject.com has address 207.219.70.54

Hmm, not unknown, but doesn't match.

Web22 and Web24 don't show the menu on the left for me.
Tried several refreshes and ctrl-f5's and never showed up (unless I went to another server like web23)

You know ever since you allowed the unions, things have been going downhill.
I say you disband those unions at once and go back to the good old days of whips and tasers

Asking again (previous question here), but is it possible now? How was this achieved?
(This author wants to know as well)

I remember a discussion to let OP not delete the question if it has some answer. I find the same applies to editors too.
Shouldn't people with rep-power should be given this privilege to delete a question if they feel like? This is based on scenario like this[^].
I found that I had privilege to delete answers and I deleted all - but then also I was unable to delete the question.

I'm just Guessing, but I see two answers (one by me) - it may be that between you deleting answers and trying to delete the question, it got more replies.
Why are you trying to delete it anyway - I see nothing rude or offensive, no spam. It's just a question (and a simple one. too)
Real men don't use instructions. They are only the manufacturers opinion on how to put the thing together.

I doubt. Looks like, there was a time difference of atleast 5 min.

Strange, aren't you able to view why so? It's a repost. Actually more than twice I think. Later, OP posted the same question with more details again.
Surely no spam, rude or offensive. Just a worthless duplicate question.

I have delete power, and I use it on dupe questions.
".45 ACP - because shooting twice is just silly" - JSOP, 2010 ----- You can never have too much ammo - unless you're swimming, or on fire. - JSOP, 2010 ----- "Why don't you tie a kerosene-soaked rag around your ankles so the ants won't climb up and eat your candy ass." - Dale Earnhardt, 1997

Same here!
EDIT: Do you have power to delete even if the question has some answers? I don't! I rechecked for 'Delete' icon in other questions. They are missing if question has atleast 1 answer (something similar was discussed few days back here itself.)

When you leave a comment in the popup when voting on an article it appears in the messages at the bottom.
However, when you do the same thing with a Tip/Trick, it appears as a comment.
I think the Tip/Trick should behave the same as the Articles and appear as messages, otherwise if the author/message author end up in a debate, the comment section will look awful.

The comment section is awful anyway. The new reply to comment is useful, but makes the comments rather cluttered and hard to read. The separate scrolling inside the comment div (as pointed out by another member previously) doesn't help either.
Having said that, I can't come up with a better design, so I suppose we should keep things in the messages as you say (mainly if the discussion is lengthy)
