My page size stayed the same at 50, but it's good to know the Hamsters aren't just out to get me

I've had the fixed/fluid issue as well. And yes, it is annoying. Never seen the logout issue, though.
public class SysAdmin : Employee
{
public override void DoWork(IWorkItem workItem)
{
if (workItem.User.Type == UserType.NoLearn){
throw new NoIWillNotFixYourComputerException(new Luser(workItem.User));
}else{
base.DoWork(workItem);
}
}
}
|
|
|
|
|
I had the logout issue and user profiles not displaying earlier today, but everything seems to be working again
Just because the code works, it doesn't mean that it is good code.

Looks like this article[^] has two forums, with exact the same messages?

Haha, nice bug. FYI, it seems to apply to all articles needing approval.

Should be good now on all articles needing approval.
Digging in to ensure the issue does not happen again

I remember something similar already reported. Search for me is not working from last couple of hours. I observed, with 'everything' as checked, it does work most of the times. It's the filters like 'Just by stuff', etc that fails often.

I attempted to break the search with my own hands, but have failed. Is there a specific term or instance you tried that I could use to re-create?
Thanks,

I would say specific instances. It's not replicable all the time. But, last few days I am facing it at odd instances. Today, it was for little long. (Not to be confused with today's hamsters issue that everybody faced)
Next time, when it will happen, I will share the time, search word, web server name if that helps.
This is what I too see: http://www.codeproject.com/Messages/4270195/CP-Search-functionality.aspx[^]

Seems to be working now.
You've gotta do a blog post on what you did that broke that. Should be interesting to read!
Thank you for the prompt fix, Elina.

Worst thing for me is that I am using the RSS feed on my web site here:
http://www.voidnish.com/Home/Articles[^]
So now its showing random articles in a page where I claim to be listing my articles.
Maybe I should have cached the feed locally

I've got a couple of problems with the blog feed system, I'm not sure if it's me or not.
When I go into manage my blog (there is only 1 blog I've go setup) there aren't any there, however, when I try to add it again, it says it already exists...
Also, it's not polling, although this may be related to the above...
UPDATE: not sure if it's relevant, but in the querystring parameters, there is no identifier, it's just "?=134235"...
Thanks,
Martin

Thanks very much for the report. There was a bug that will be fixed once we deploy, but in the meantime I'll be tackling the entries (like yours) that have not appeared correctly so they will appear on the site. Our apologies.
Thanks,

Hi Martin,
You are right, the bug was related to missing identifier in query string.
Should be all good now.
