I hit the oddity of the 'Return to article' link going to the wrong article, after closing the tab and trying again, it worked.  I not sure if that was on my end (FireFox has done similar things before), or the CodeProject end.
Might have been a one off thing.

We had a bug regarding this that will be fixed next upload, but the only way to fix your particular article is manually. I could change the updated date to today, if that is acceptable?

It would be nice if the platinum vote was 25 instead of 24. This way, four votes would give you 100 instead of 96. Heck, 20 would also be better.

What I do is to get 4 Platinum up-votes (96), one Silver up-vote (6), and one Bronze down-vote (-2). This lets me sleep without worrying about a non-100-divisible score situation.

Bottom of the screen Look for the links that say Fixed and Fluid. You've selected Fixed. Change it to Fluid and all should be good again.

I am still having trouble in Q&A pasting text which contains HTML tags such as <pre>. I want the editor not to convert the < and > characters to < and > strings but no longer have the option, although it still exists in the general forums.

in QA and it popped up the paste dialog nicely, and also has the "encode" button at the top of the textarea for overriding.
Which browser are you using?

I have to agree with Richard - most of the time it doesn't pop up the box, just get it wrong and leave it. It will even muck up text after the insertion point at times - I haven't worked out any obvious reason, I'm too busy swearing under my breath - Chrome, latest version (19.0.1084.46)

it stays 'as is'.
But if I paste:
This is some stuff

I get
