A PRE block probably isn't your best bet in this case, so I've taken the liberty of converting the formula you had into LaTeX. I suspected our mail server first (it did block mails from other servers), but so far I couldn't verify that. I'm not aware of missing notifications last week, but I didn't specifically check either. Most of the questions ask for code but this question is ideal and fit in to quick answer question section but unfortunately it was closed! But now after closing we can't see any answer. there should be a way to Re Open closed question. at least after OP edited contend of the question after closing.
