I always report such questions because it is expected that OP atleast try something. Even guuideline says that you Google something before posting question.

As per as that post is concerned, i would have left that question if OP had some doubts. That answer can clearly be answered just by learning those concepts (Which are very very basic and not at all complex).

I've not gone against any Codeproject guidelines at all.
