I answered a QA question following a link on the main page (Latest Discussions).
But the question (How I download and install wireless sensor network simulator v1.1[^]) did not appear in the QA list so far (posted over an hour ago).
To answer the expected question in advance: No QA filter set.
Even using the tag link on the question did not show it in the list (a seldom tag so that there are only few new questions: Quick Answers[^] ).
Not a problem for me but probably for those asking and wondering why they got no or few answers.
Would be nice if someone else can confirm this or check if the question is shown for him.

This one's a little puzzling. How did you see it if it wasn't appearing in the list?
I'm wondering if it was trapped in the moderation queue. You have plenty of rep to see items under moderation.

I saw it on the main page at "Latest Discussions", followed the link and answered. Later I could see it in my list of anwers.
But know it is clear:
Quote: Closed because the post is not clear, or is incomplete and has not been phrased in a way that allows it to be fully understood.. Reported by Chris Maunder on Monday, November 28, 2016 3:17pm
However, you closed it one hour after my message and two hours after the question has been posted.
I think you should close this case now.
BTW: There is a double full stop in the "Closed" message.

There was an issue with our CDN provider. It should be OK now - can you please recheck?

Your rss feed redirects from http to https, but microsoft TCP stack fails to establish a SSL/TLS secure channel.

Which version of IE?

Not using IE, but my own RSS Reader with MS Syndication Classes. Your RSS feed works fine with current versions of Firefox and IE. I used WireShark to diagnose the communication and finally found the problem: CodeProject supports only TLS 1.2 and my RSS Reader is using .NET 4.5, where TLS1.0 is the default. Had to set
ServicePointManager.SecurityProtocol = SecurityProtocolType.Tls12;
Sorry for bothering you.
Funny that this problem did not show up with other websites; they all should think about their TLS configuration!

I've asked my guys to see if enabling 1.0 is possible (and sensible).

Got ssl_error_no_cypher_overlap when trying to reach the site using my ancient version (17) of Firefox, was fine yesterday (Sat). OK in IE 11. Puzzled.

Yeah - we've moved to SSL-only and if we crank down the security so ancient versions of browsers work then we start seeing newer browsers complain.

Unable to update the article, not sure why.
ASP.NET Web API - Keeping It Simple
The article I wrote got published without review and the images are displaying as text links.
I posted a request for help the Article Writing forum but have not got a response.

I've fixed the issue and edited the article. It looks like the last two images weren't uploaded, though. Can you please take a look?

Chris,
Thank you for fixing the images. I definitely like the fixed version better than the initial version
Re. the missing images. I am still unable to edit the text, delete the missing images or upload replacements.
Update: I believe I was able to upload replacements for the missing images (still unable to edit article text or delete the missing image entries). The replacements appear in the working folder for the article. I am hoping they will be copied to their final destination shortly.

I got four notification with subject 'What have I tried' and all of them point to CodeProject Advisors[^] group, that I'm not member of so I can't see the message actually...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

You missed the point me think...
I considered it as a bug to receiving notifications about a discussion I'm not part, from a group I'm not part of...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

And today I got one more...

Removed the content...
And I think I know what happening here. After sawing the messages I noticed that this is the same group we had around HelpOuts. I was part of it, but it seems somehow felt-out... So somehow I wasn't member anymore, but still got informed...
