It's pending because not enough people have voted to make it live. Looking at what you've put in there, there's a lot needs to be done to expand this out to being an article. For a start, your introduction doesn't explain what problem you are trying to solve here from the start. You start with a couple of images and a random reference to the grid - then you talk about what it's meant to do.
At best, as this currently stands, this article is a tip.

However, a -1,658 certainly indicates that more than one member has a problem with your posts. I haven't been following your posts, so I don't know the specifics; but don't expect the admins here to override the community opinion.
Update: Again, I have no knowledge of any of your previous posts, but I just wanted to point out that this particular post to Chris strikes me as both confrontational and taunting. If you want his help, then I suggest you stick to the facts, and remove the ego. You need to learn to re-read what you write before you click Post, and consider how the other person might take your words. You can get your message across without being offensive.

Hi Hans,
I forgot to share instances where downvote looked unavoidable.
Please have a look at this thread[^] and share your thoughts if people/questions like these deserve a downvote or not?
Thanks.

Do you honestly think that whinging like a spoiled three year old is going to help you get a better reputation? You seriously need to grow up and start behaving like an adult. When you can have an adult conversation without running off to mummy to complain about the mean boys who picked on you, perhaps then you can start to repair your reputation.

Hmmm, that seems to work for me.

You go right on believing that. Even with my failing eye-sight, I could hit a target as big as you are, Dave.

Yes, as explained before, all votes are made by community members. Judging by some of your posts you have upset more than a few people in the past and continue to receive negative votes. Just ignore what has gone before and start posting sensible and useful messages. First off I would suggest you stay well clear of The Lounge, Soapbox and Back Room, as these are places where you can expect to have to fight your corner. Instead, go to the technical forums and QA and try posting some useful technical answers; you will soon find that your reputation recovers and people will stop hassling you.

Like the others, the site is running SUUUUUUUUUPER slow for me. I also noticed some other things. For one, the latest articles had some abnormalities (I think it said the latest updates were yesterday, and at another point the entire list was empty). Also, when I submitted some updates to my article, I got:

In addition to that, the preview page wasn't working for my article while I was updating it (said something like "that page is not available"). I seem to be on Web22 and Web23 (I think).
When I just tried to post this message, I got:

Not sure if it's side wide, or just web22, but the only thing loading in the sidebar area is:
Bold indicates new messages since 16:04 23 May '11
and the insider banner.
