You need ice cream sandwich to get the chrome browser. The default browser, and Dolphin, work fine but Chrome doesn't accept the cookie for CP. Other sites it does though. Let me know if I can help.
Failure is not an option; it's the default selection.

I've found the Android software (base OS, pre-installed and downloaded apps) to be very flaky. I'm not even certain Samsung will be providing an update of the Tab 7 Plus to ICS.
The fragmentation of Android, and the inability to simply update your device to the latest version will be the downfall if not addressed. It seems to go agains everything that Android once stood for.

Hello.
I want to publish an article.
I checked the Work in Progress checkbox.
Later, I unchecked it and clicked publish etc.
But every time I view my articles I see:
"This is an unfinished article"
What can I do

Your article was reported by members as Unfinished or Incomplete. I've cleaned out the reports and re-submitted your article. Should be good now.

Fellow CPian sent me a message through CP Email link. Found this at mail footer.

Can you please forward me the email to chris at cp.com. I can't see that misspelling in any of our templates.

The miss-spelling is from the sender, not from our templates.

When did you get CP.com?

When we make enough to buy a large pneumatic tools supplier. (I meant "codeproject.com" but am lazy)

I see a checkbox called 'Profile popups' but not sure if it does anything. It is not auto-postback-able one too!

Check it, hit update and then hover over someone's name in the forums.
No, it doesn't auto-refresh because doing so on something as heavy as the forums would be painful for users.

In Facebook there is a feature called 'Download All Data'. I just thought if CP also could bring a feature to download whatever user published or uploaded to the website.

I'll have to try that Facebook feature out when I get home. Would be useful if CP offered that as well.

Is there a way I can hide the date/time in individual messages or at least customize the format? In settings I see a timezone but not the format customization!

No there isn't.
Is the current format difficult to read?

It can be bit more simplified to save on screen aesthetics and save that extra strain for the retina.

Dear CP Team,
In suggestions I find two separate views like View: Open items | Closed items.
I am trying to suggest you if you could provide one consolidated view and mark the status in the message itself as Open/Closed.

If you select "Thread View", that will show you all thread-starting messages and to the left of each message is an icon representing its state (e.g., fixed, confirmed, ...). It also includes messages which have not yet been assigned a state. Is that what you are looking for?

But 'Open'/'Closed' are mutually exclusive, I believe, still.
