As in a number of question there is no need to be edited still is being edited. How to downvote an edited question [downvoting the person who edited].
What, or who, are you wanting to downvote: the article, the author, or the questioner?
the person who edited the question (which actually he did not change anything)
You can't I'm afraid. If you downvote the edit, it's the OP who gets the hit. If it were any other way, people would stop editing things.
but if there is an unnecessary edit link a person changes one letter then.

Nope you still can't. There may be multiple edits over time done by a wide number of people, so how would you know which particular one to downvote? Managing this would be an absolute nightmare.
Ultimately, this is all about reputation points - and these are meaningless. Anyone who thinks otherwise is a complete and utter fool.

as when we go to revision note there should be an option to donvote
And why is this so important to you? Seriously, a spurious edit is absolutely nothing to worry about.
sir, it doesn't worry me but people instead of answering question just edits to earn points. But no big deal for me just a suggestion.
but sir, there should be an option to do so.
No. There really shouldn't be.

Hello,
I wonder if it is possible to create a new chapter&forum for Arduino development? It would be great.
Thank you.

Any idea? Any progress? Any suggestion? Any question?

You forgot to read OR condition in my message. If the content is short, you could post it as Tip/Trick[^]

If you think that the Tip will be useful to others then the chances are that there is more that could be added. Try reading through some of the top tips to see what others have written.

It's not necessarily too short: it could well be the "or default" bit.
Check the article: when you load up the template you get several sections pre-filled for you, to show you what kind of thing to put in them. It you haven't changed that - such as the version history - then it will detect the "default" text and complain that it isn't "real" info with the "too short or default" message.

I don't know if this is a bug but here is what is going with me:
When I Edit any of my posts the cursor is in the text area but when I start typing the cursor jump to the subject area and the text is written at the beginning of my subject area.
