OK, my article is here C++/CLI for Beginners[^]. 7z hasn't been replaced by zip automatically, so I did that manually. The article has been reviewed by one of your editors after the update already.

While composing a new article with uploaded files, when I go to remove one of the files from the list, clicking the red X produces:
Error occurred while deleting file. {"Message":"There was an error processing the request.","StackTrace":"","ExceptionType":""}
and the progress bar just spins and spins.

I posted a reply to a message in forum didn't displayed. When I checked my messages (in my profile) I saw that message with a tag not publicly available.
Did I do something unknowingly which made it not public or I am missing something here.

That's because they (including this one) went to moderation. But I approved them.

Has something recently changed? I didn't have my messages required for approval earlier.

They must have changed something, because I'm seeing a lot more OK posts going to moderation today.

Could be, but after those two messages my others posts are getting through normally.

Also noticed that once they are made public, after someone clears that from moderation queue then the message is shown as modified. This could be normal but I never encountered something similar so not sure.

I think I've seen that in the past.

This has been changed. We won't be showing them as modified anymore.

I blame global warming.

I just had to approve a Lounge message of yours. Couldn't see anything untoward in it.

I'm wondering whether or not they're now suspecting anyone who posts "too frequently".

I was under the impression it was just about keywords.

I thought so too, but that doesn't explain some of the moderation this morning.

This setting has absolutely NO effect.
"Expert mode: Don't mess with my HTML formatting"
It ALWAYS messes with my HTML formatting.
Once submitted, all kinds of weird-ass things happen. Every time I edit an article, it adds <p> </p> between paragraphs. It's almost impossible to copy/paste the article body without losing linefeeds, too.
Finally, I've edited my article maybe four times, and it says there's 160 revisions. IMHO, that number should NOT include the draft auto-saves. Once published, all draft auto-saves should be auto-deleted.

Small correction: the issue with too many auto-saves has been addressed. Still need to tweak the reported numbers.
In fact we're reworking the entire system. Too much duct tape in it so Matthew's getting out the large hammer.

I read that as the large "hamster"
Now that John has silently taken out the .45 from the holster, you have no other choice but reworking it indeed, I guess...

Can you send me the original HTML you're using and I can take a look? The new CKEditor works a little differently than the old HTMLArea editor and I'm still finding some oddness.
BTW - if the old editor worked better for you it's still an option for the moment.
(and yeah - auto-save was way too keen to get the job done and we'll remove them from the revisions list)
cheers
