You almost make it sound like that would be a bad thing!

You flagged your message as a Suggestion, rather than a Bug, so it is not likely to get near the top of the work queue any time soon.

I changed it to bug

If something has a solution... Why do we have to worry about?. If it has no solution... For what reason do we have to worry about?
Help me to understand what I'm saying, and I'll explain it better to you

Took me a while (oddly) for this error to reproduce itself but I see it now and we're on it. Thanks for the report, Gus.

The blog Learning to code using the WIN32 the easy way, using BASIC[^] has tags for "AI", "neural", "machine-learning". These terms don't appear in the blog text and are totally irrelevant to the content. The blog author (not me) has no idea where the tags came from (see Comments there).
What have the tagging hamsters been drinking?

The blog aggregator is a heavy drinker. But we made him that way so I guess that makes us cruel Gods. He basically takes his best guess and mostly guesses wrong.
We're trying to make him better but it's one day at a time, you know?
I've fixed the tags a bit.
Thanks,

Hi Team,
While trying to submit article using the Application submission Wizard, its my observation that there are lot of typos for the each of the categories..
For example in the Topic section for Tags to be selected, Raspberry - is spelled as Respberry. - and the recommendation is - (Raspberry Pi).
There are also other typo and lower case issues. Can that be updated please.
Also - Can a quick review be done for all the Tags - and deprecate those that are not used.. one I saw is resize and Resizable in topic category.. - not sure why 2 and what difference are these 2 tags making..

Hussain Patel

The tags are entered by members and members have the ability to edit/delete/add these tags. We do a review every so often, so I'll make a note to get another review done soon.

You can see here all the tags: Tags[^]
With the proper privileges you can edit them too...
Skipper: We'll fix it.
Alex: Fix it? How you gonna fix this?
Skipper: Grit, spit and a whole lotta duct tape.

Hi,
I accidentally create a redundant account, then only i found out i already have a account registered
therefore I manually closed the redundant one under "My Setting" options
Problems is when i try to update existing account email address to the one that deleted, it will prompt error message
"Email already in use for Authentication, but email was not correctly authenticated. Please supply a password."

As it's no longer "today", and the "today only" rule doesn't apply, shouldn't this post be removed?

I used to say things like that to my kids when they were younger. Quite fun for me. More confusion for them.

I know it's been suggested before, but given the speed with which spam accounts are now being created, it would probably be a good idea to add a CAPTCHA to the sign-up form.
It won't stop them, but anything that slows them down and makes it harder for them to automate the account creation must be a good thing.

This was implemented on a limited basis aimed directly at the spammers. It slowed them for a day then made no difference.
It's been a nice quiet few days until this latest wave so time to move onto the next stage of throttling their actions.

I'm not me (i.e., I am Balboos).
Somehow I ended up logged in here.
There was a question (which, alas, I lost as I thought it was a login failure) asking something like is my email correct.
Anyway - maybe your logs will help figure out how I became not-me. I'm logging off and will try again.

Did logging out and back in fix the issue?

It looks like, way back when, you actually created two accounts with very similar email addresses. You must have given them the same password as you were able to log into the one you don't use.
It only has 271 rep points, so I would recommend deactivating it.

I have 2.3K points but still not able to vote for the article contest. It says the below error :
You do not have sufficient Reputation to vote in this survey
Could you please suggest what prevents me to do so.

The total rep points are not relevant for voting on article contests. Relevant are the author and (I'm not sure but think so) authority points. It has been restricted to avoid abuse using fake accounts.
BTW: This has been asked before and can be found by feeding the message to a search engine.
