Please add Dark Website Background theme, may be Black. If such feature is already on the website, would anyone here help me out?

The "[Title]" in the email subject line is not replaced with the value. It happened to me yesterday, and I thought perhaps the answer itself was like that, but somehow I noticed today that the value in the body is changed to the title itself, but in subject line that is not replaced.

Richard already reported this a few threads below.
What do you get when you cross a joke with a rhetorical question?
The metaphorical solid rear-end expulsions have impacted the metaphorical motorized bladed rotating air movement mechanism.
Do questions with multiple question marks annoy you???

.... simply_ pasting a link e.g. in comments (past as it is) still sucks.
Would you enlight me (remeber some comment from you for a comment from me)please?
Pasting "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbYwBy7BbXE" "as it is" usually ends in "tps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vbYwBy7BbXE"
Add: Preview in Messages, either implement it correct or do "visible= false"
Sorry to be inconvenient, only trying to help.
enjoy this during Fixing it...

It's an old bug, I suspect - which only occurs when you paste a link over highlighted text, and the link address gets corrupted? Or is that not exactly what you are doing? Because "normal" links pasted in work fine for me:
The Lounge[^]
All About Bugs - YouTube[^]
Both work fine.
And if it isn;t that one, then it might be browser related : I'm using Chrome Version 56.0.2924.87, on Win 10 Version 10.0.14393 Build 14393. What are you using?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

If I am not wrong it mostly happens when you paste at the end of the post.
Just add one or two carriage returns, go back to other line and paste the link, it works for me.

Some selected menu items are not being highlighted, example are the home, features and help menu items. But if you click on articles, quick answers, discussions and communities, those menu items are being highlighted.
For consistency, should those 3 menu items being highlighted when the user click on it? or maybe there a reason behind it?

In the QA (didn't see it in others), when you post a reply to a comment, all of the replies (even on other comments) get sticked to the reply you replied to. For example, from here, Is it possible to add extra param to ajax call after assiging data to the call ?, when I replied to the reply of Moyna's comment, her comment of "how?" got appended as a reply to my main comment (the one in the thread).
Then upon reloading, everything goes back to normal. For example, have a look at the following listing, that doesn't seem to be correct; and yes, upon reloading the page, comments go back to where they belong. It only happens when you reply.

It first looks like you replied to the wrong comment.

There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Taking it to the next level.
Since it is now an HTML5 standard, allow embedding sounds that play when a message is opened. It's an idea who's time has come - and we've nowhere to go but down!
It's the Soapbox - what could possibly go wrong?
Actually - a profile sound would be cool, too.

You don't even need HTML5 for that. Adding sounds has been available for eons. We did it back in 2002 I think.
...and we shall never go back there. Ever.

But after years of user experience on social media of all sorts, youtube, and especially twitter, I'm sure it'll work out much . . .

If I post formatted text:
<pre lang="text"> Getting Windows ready
Don't turn off your computer</pre> Then it loses the initial spaces when it displays:
Getting Windows ready
Don't turn off your computer If I add a blank line at the start:
<pre lang="text">
Getting Windows ready
Don't turn off your computer</pre> Then I get what I wanted:
Getting Windows ready
Don't turn off your computer
There is also something funny with the "code block" widget when you having leading spaces: the pre tag appears after the spaces if you highlight text and use any code option:
<pre lang="text">Getting Windows ready
Don't turn off your computer</pre>
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

When registering at a new web site / service, do you prefer :
1) Custom username / password
2) Email / password
3) 3rd party API logins (via Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, etc.)
Offering this as a suggestion for the weekly poll.
|
|
|
|
|
You missed out:
4) The option of either a local account or a 3rd party login, to ensure that you stand no chance of remembering which option you picked when you signed up, and spend 20 minutes trying to log in before realising that you never actually created an account in the first place.

This got me wondering, wouldn't it be useful to have such a place? Or is there one already? There's the guy in the pub (sorry forgot the name) who's job hunting forever so I bet there are at least a few who'd benefit.
