Forking problem in windows 8

Hi Friends,
I have written a PE loader in vb that executes both native and .net EXEs in Windowsxp, but when I run it in Windows8, it executes the .net assembly (Task Manager shows) but after loading, it closes automatically. Is there anything to do special for Windows8. I gave very permissive permission to the PEloader but nothing helps. Please help me to solve this problem.

have you looked at the event logs? this may give you more help trying to solve this problem.

Thanks For Your Reply. I will do that. But might the OS stops it taking it for a malware? though it is not that. I just use it to hide my .net code under a native code veil.

Do the programs run when started normally? If so then it must be a problem with your code. But what you are doing seems largely a waste of time.
