How can I open new window on second monitor using javascript and HTML5

Hello my friends how can I open new window and pop up's/show into the secondary monitor?

I've been searching for 4 straight days just to find a solution but still no luck... Please help me guys.

When I wanted to turn lead into gold I searched for the answer 4 days straight but no luck. Either

a) I haven't been using the correct search terms
b) The reason I can't find the answer is because no-one has done it because it's not possible

javascript doesn't know how many monitors you have or what their co-ordinates and orientation are. What you want to do it's really possible, not to an acceptable degree of accuracy anyway.

Monitor or screen my friend. The first one is the Primary monitor which where you can locate your apps like google, photoshop, office and etc. the another one is your secondary monitor if you have. It is used as an extension monitor. You can drag the other windows at your second monitor so you can edit photoshop while watching just like that.
