Do you mean creating a shape at run-time: the user draws it ?

So which Client-Tech are you using - WindowsForms? WPF? Should the user draw it our your program and so on. If you want a good answer - formulate a good question.

Solution 1

Simple: use a Panel and it's events like MouseClick, see: Panel Class (System.Windows.Forms)[^]
