What I have tried:

i know JS, jQuery, PHP and obviusly I know html and css

There is no way we can answer your question because we have no idea what you are capable of. Well, I suppose we have a little idea. The way you have asked this I would guess that no, you cannot do it in 10 days.

And use any framework or language you like. It's your choice.
