Findout Coordinates in PDF document and cropping

Hi,
I have struck a problem with PDF document.
Actually my requirement is I have a PDF document in that i want to find out a particular string, this string is there in many times in the document. Then i want to find out all coodinates of that all strings in PDF document. Then cropping the particular area with width, height, left and right with that string and cropping area will be save in tiff image or pdf file.
Please help me ~~ASAP. This is urgent requirement~~. I am very happy with your reply.
