Do your own homework and come here only if you have a question about something you have already tried to solve.

No, you asked for pos-code, not for help. Lazy.
And by telling that you have only 15 days left, you are urging people and try to make them feel bad if you fail your assignment, but rest assured, nobody's going to lose their sleep over your failure.
Oh, and please use proper words, not this childish textspeak.

I am not lazy and I am not a child. I am trying to implement the problem. 15 days is my target. If you want to sleep please go n sleep. The person who have patience n talent will help me . I always believe that talented person never speaks like this.. If you want to help me then do it.. Otherwise ignore it.. anyway thank you so much...

Academic project without any serious R&D effort on your part. You should really be ashamed of yourself.

It does not work like this here.
I am sorry but there is no quick question here. This sounds like your college project/assignment, you should put some effort.

We expect you to put some time in trying the issue that you are facing and then some time in formulating the question while posting here.

Here is what is expected by enquirers:
1. TRY first what you want to do!
2. Formulate what was done by you that looks like an issue/not working.

Try them and tell if you face issues.
Members will be more than happy to help like this.

Please take it constructively. Members are here to help and will reciprocate but you need to make first move.

?Thank you so much sir.. really your words are encouraging me.. i am on that work only..
This is terrible in so many ways...

It amazes me to see that people is asking you to post a specific question, something that will allow you to help you. and you come back with posting the forum guidelines...

You are not being fair here...

People acting like you make us feel tired.

Come back once you've understood which is the real CP aim and you've developed a proper question. We will be glad to help you, but please, keep in mind that we are doing that because we want to, and of course you must follow some guidelines that are placed here from a long time ago. If you want help in a specific topic you can ask for it and someone will surely answer you positively, but don't expect us to create a full solution. If you need that, you should try something like rentacoder (or whichever domain they are having now)...

Are you really studying to become a MCA?

How come you're not even able to find this: JSwarm-PSO @ sourceforge [^] ?

Damn, it's one of the top search results at google. Is it because they're not present @ facebook?

Wake up. Do your homework. This is not how the business works.

regards
Torsten
PS: your prof / instructor / tutor will know how to use google.

Hi I am implementing PSO clustering and have a query of how the local best and global best should be calculated. Actually what is local best value of each particle can anyone explain to me clearly.

I would be really grateful
Thanking you
