I am trying to auto update a click ones application through window service without knowing to the user in the background on certain time interval ?

I think you mean ClickOnce...and I'm not sure if you can auto update it without being in the program itself. You may want to do some more research here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/142dbbz4(v=vs.90).aspx
