If you're having problems with source code from a specific article then leave a message to that article. This way the author gets notified and may be able to help you.

If you think the problem is generic and could be solved by somebody else, then provide sufficient information such as link to the article and detailed information about the error.

Eh, what project?
Sounds like you downloaded a project with only libraries and/ or without a startup project, defined in which case you cannot simply click run :)

Don't post this under Quick Answers - if you got the code from an article, then there is a "Add a Comment or Question" button at the bottom of that article, which causes an email to be sent to the author. They are then alerted that you wish to speak to them.
Posting this here relies on them "dropping by" and realising it is for them.
There are tens of thousands of articles from thousands of members: you need to be specific.

And in future, don't be so rude: "plzzz help me immediately" doesn't win you friends here.

+5 from me.
This sounds like you have downloaded code that builds to a DLL. You can't directly run a DLL - you need to add an executable that calls the functions in the DLL. Without any knowledge of where this DLL comes from, what it does, who wrote it and so on, we can't offer any more help. If the code has come from an article, you might want to ask on the forum at the end of that article.
