Vertical scrollbar invisbile

I want to make a program which you can scroll but by scrolling with your mouse on the form and only vertical scrolling so without a visible scrolling bar.

What I have tried:

I was on many sites about autoscroll and autoscroll false/true but couldn't figure it out..

If some content can be scrolled, then you should always show the scrollbar anyway so it would be a bad idea to help you doing bad UI... In any case, it is relatively easy to control the visibility of scrollbar for more controls.

Well with a question as vague as that the only possible answer is more searching.

That means nothing, I am afraid. You first need to create the application where you plan to use this feature. Only then can you start to work on how to do scrolling without showing the scroll control. There are many different UIs that use scrolling and often in different ways. We have no idea which one you will use.
