And I mean pins not to the long list of programs, but adds it big like in Windows 10 and 8 to be evident!

I am talking about pinning the same program that the code runs in.

What I have tried:

I tried a code:

but it added the program to the long list of program as i think, and not the evident part of the start menu!

I don't understand why you'd want to do this.
Surely whether a program is pinned to the start menu should be decided by the user, not by the program that he's running?

Let the user decide - if any program did this to me I'd immediately uninstall it.

The user should find the program to run it again, and making a shortcut on the desktop is worse. please remember that I'm not talking about the taskbar, only pinning it to the start menu.

Anyway the user can delete it with a click.

"The user should find the program to run it again"
It is exactly the same for every single program, and the users manage to do it on a daily basis without problem.
Why would it be different for your program ?

Ok I made a shortcut on the desktop.

I hope you added a 'Add shortcut to desktop?" option in your installer?
