Crystal report page orientation problem

Dear All,

I am using Crystal Report 13 with Visual Studio 2010. I have designed one report with custom paper size(10 x 6(W x L)) Portrait. This page size is also set in "Print Server Properties". Preview of report is OK. When we print this report it comes in only landscape while the target printer having setting of portrait page.

Any idea please.

In Crystal report Page Setup->un-check "No printer.."
