MVC4 EF connectivity issue with DB2/400

Dear Sir,
many thanks for support and Suggestion.
i have face a problem ,problem is that i want to develop a MVC application and my database is DB2/400 (Backend) also use to Entity Framework but Can't establish connection.pls help me.

Technology : MVC 4
Connectivity Mode : Entity framework
Database : DB2/400

Dear Sir,
Thanks For your valuable support & Suggestion, let me know that i have in more then 50 table using in this application so any Performance impact (efficiency for CRUD operation) for this.
