Is there any limit to use Google recaptcha?

hello,

I am using google recaptcha in my website. today I open my hosted website and click for registration but recapcha was not loaded. at botoom right corner of browser waiting for www.google.com is shown.

is there maximum use limit to recaptcha? why it is taking long time to load. and sometime not loaded.

What I have tried:

Are you using the Secure Token method?
If so it is deprecated as of 18th May 2016 - refer: https://developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/changelog

I am using a method of secret and public key and yesterday it was working fine
