I need a server that I can make virtual classes (virtual learning) so is there way to get some comments about that

I'm not sure you use the term "virtual class" in the sense known in computer science.
There is no such concept in .NET, but the similar effect can be simulated in some more or less obvious ways.

Mention of non-technical term "virtual learning" (actually existing, but derived from the profanation of the concept of "virtual" as if it was related to the concept "Web-based") makes me doubtful. Before we can continue, please explain what you really need.

Wait a second... do you mean by "classes" the organization of students for the lessons, such as the study course? Then please realize that you are on the software development site, so you should explain terms to avoid ambiguity. If so, my response would be: what do you mean "how?" By doing appropriate software development work. Any real questions?

I have heard about virtual a method, property, indexer, or event declaration or variable but not class, is it from C# you mean ?
