IIS Uninstalls automatically

Hi guys...
I've got a pretty urgent problem about my IIS which is installed on my Windows Server 2003 R2.The thing is whenever the server is restarted IIS is no longer available and is uninstalled automatically.is there a virus that can so such things???Please Help me.
