"I need code" is not a question. And code for face recognition is everything, but simple. This is not the type of question that fits a "quick anwser" forum.

Solution 1

The solution could be Camera Face Detection in C# using Emgu CV and WPF. (Found with Google). Consider learn to search a bit. ;-)

OpenCV is a widely using library for a lot graphical tasks. So really learn to work with the OpenCV.
