How to change screen brightness with voice in C# ?

hi, i don't have any code for changing screen brightness - ( i want to control it with speaking - like when i say set brightness to 20 it set it to 20 ) by the way if there is a code for controlling volume of musics please give me. sorry if i write some words wrong. English is my second language. i want those codes for my AI. Thank you.

What I have tried:

I can't find the codes. I know how to build brightness and volume controller with button but i don't know how to create those that work with voice.

OK, so Google for "C# speech recognition" and start learning how to write your own code instead of copying and pasting others code.
