Actually many of the companies ask about this question i know the how to configure the

Umm... There's no such concept as "realtime" in any webserver.

Without a definition of what they mean by "realtime", it's impossible to answer.

Go back and read what I said. THERE IS NO SUCH CONCEPT. Therefore, what they are asking you needs to be defined by them. There is no way to "tell in an interview" because what they are asking doesn't exist!
