How to stream Video over LAN using C#.Net?

Hi,
I am working on A Windows Application in which i want to stream a video over LAN from Server. Currently i am using VLC media player 0.8.6i and LibVlc.cs. By using this video is playing on Server but not streaming Over the Client PC. I tried the code available at http://csharpmagics.blogspot.com but not able to get it.Can any one provide me a better solution or suggestion. Thanks in Advance.

I didnt but there is a team that sits next to me. They do video streaming coding for mobiles and desktops. One of the guy gave me this link when I asked.
